PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one Personal Training sessions are perfect for those who desire a tailor made programme for their specific needs. These sessions are for those who simply prefer personal attention with individual motivation and absolute focus on technique. Group training sessions are available from 2 – 4 people with similar fitness needs and goals. Some people find training with others more motivating, inspiring them to push themselves a little harder whilst enjoying the fun and social aspect that comes with group training.
HEALTH COACHING AND LIFESTYLE CHANGE
Does it seem as if you can’t get your mind around how you can possibly change anything in your life? Are you wanting to be healthier or fitter, sleep better, manage stress or health issues, or get into better shape? Whatever your challenges are, June will help you to find solutions using achievable, realistic goals and timeframes to change the situation you are in. She also strongly believes in a system of referring her clients to other specialists in the health and wellness field when necessary.
NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS
Nutritional analysis and guidance using Naturopathic, holistic principles. Whether it be for difficulties with weight, health issues, the impact of stress, anxiety, sleep, fatigue, immune system, digestive system, detoxification, supplementation and more. Available in person or online. Can be done in conjunction with ongoing Health Coaching.
WELLNESS TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
Presentations to either staff or management of companies; NGO’s; schools or privately arranged workshops and retreats, Insightful, relevant, practical information, designed to educate and create an understanding of how the food we eat (or don’t eat), as well as environmental factors such as stress, and pollution have a direct impact on how we feel and function on a day-to-day basis but also how it impacts work performance and general health alongside weight.
ASSESSMENTS
Being held accountable helps you stay on track, and measurements and body composition readings keep you motivated by monitoring your progress or establishing where you’re at and where you want to be.
